I have worked with Tim on most of the settlements since I started in Real Estate full-time in January of 2019.  From my very first settlement in April of 2019, he was always very thorough, knowledgeable, and would go over and above what he needed to.  Tim is a down-to-earth, funny, and overall awesome human being, and I'm thankful to have him for my closings when I represent my buyers.
